Do you think you can write?

PASSION: If you can think it, you can do it. But you must believe it. Not a wavering faith flickering in the breeze.

You must rub your dry sticks together and ignite a flame. If you are waiting, you are not believing.

When I came to Chicago in '65 I was a dreamer, an artist and a musician. I lacked many things but had a raw passion to succeed. At what? Here is where the train ran off the track. Here is where I got lost.

Make a list, consider options, get a plan.

Revisiting your desires and motives. Get to know them and refine them. Not only to understand yourself but how passion is an element needed to understand character. Education should be learning in an economical and safe way. It is a vicarious process unless you are trying to achieve without thinking and doing the work.
