Some things never change

Chapter 2        In times of trouble.
There's a game I play mentally to cheer myself up. I wonder what it was like in the past,
over two hundred years ago when the Karankawa people roamed these Texas shores. A
Spanish Padre wrote in 1768 about the Karankawa’s ritual eating habits.
"Savages lashed a captive intruder to a stake and then, dancing around they sliced off a
piece of flesh and roasted it in front of the victim. Then they would devour the flesh, as the victim watched in horror."'
Doren my wife, asked me how something like that would cheer me up? It makes

me focus on the progress that has been made least wise in the food supply.

Antibody opsonization is a cell level process. A disease causing pathogen is marked for ingestion by a phagocyte. (This is immune system talk and very scientific. It sounds violent and sexual. To get a feel for why the world is so violent, we must grasp this concept: chaos and (organization) order coexists we must use our imagination to log on boldly and hear
Steven Hawking speak of the sub atomic world controlled by orchestral  players producing vibrations not unlike the sonic messages propagated by a symphony orchestra, but at the sub cellular level, in fact smaller. Many scientist agree these waves of organizing energy aid the chaos to order pattern.  (see p.5 posrted @      http://leondavisnovelist.blogspot.com/)
The receptor-opsonin complex can also create byproducts like C3b and C4b which are important components of the complement system. These components are deposited on the cell surface of the pathogen that would cause disease and aid in its destruction. Some scientist think these pathogens can mutate and alder the bodies messaging system and cause gene mutation, birth defects and abmoralitios of all kind. The cell can also be destroyed by a process called antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, in which the pathogen does not need to be Phagocytosis to be destroyed. During this process, the pathogen is opsonized and bound with the antibody IgG via its Fab domain. Then the antibody binds an immune effector cell via its Fc domain and this binding triggers a release of lysis products from the bound immune effector cell (monocytes, neutrophils, eosinophils and natural killer cells) to boldly go and incite this process of inflammation to tissue  and cell distruction. This will create sleeper cells in the DNA.

Why don’t they stay home, this should only be attempted at home

Maybe you will understand this problem
Maybe you are thinking, not me. "I'm not a sinner I never sa-sa sinned.
I've got a friend in Jesus."
Life became a zero sum game in heaven where there is chaos.
If you never sinned or smoked anything or cheated anybody or on anybody, or never harbored the thought or desire or imigination your are not perfect either. You may have refused to help someone or stood idly By definition if you are human or not you cannot be perfect.
Instead of practing the Golden rule we twisted it until if was ferrtlizer. Well, there is big money in twisting things into fertileizer.
Entitlement becomes a myth when you defy, attack, insult the police... they will find a way to stop yo a's eventually. Even if you are living in your home in the Middle East.
A people as powerful as the USA needs to be your friend... and theywant to be your friend... but to have a friend you must be every. One must step up and get a plan. Get some college and get a job... start a business.. volunteer. Learn to make friends. Make it better...
American history is full of real people who discovered real freedom to better them selves and their community. Alexander Hamilton was one. One of the founding fathers who fought fang and claw for his ecomomic ideas that gave us all a chance to enjoy the abundance of America.
Some people don't get it. They are following the wrong script.
They will never get it. And America will eventually come to a point where people who refuse or can't will go to jail or die. That's the way. It has to be that way.
From Jamestown on,  the work ethic was established by Americans who led by example, not considered perfect but who worked. That was a time when it was understood what it took to get ahead. Hard work was the thumb word that implied study and self disipline. These are the things that fortered self-worth.
How can these things be taught to a failed society.  You can lead a horse to water.. but you ca't make him drink.
In the mean time it is immoral to throw Pearls to Swine.

I suspect the RACE baitters, are making big bucks and driving fancy cars and skimming and laundering money living in mansions but their custoAntibody opsonization
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Antibody opsonization is the process by which a pathogen is marked for ingestion and destruction by a phagocyte. Opsonization involves the binding of an opsonin, e.g., antibody, to an epitope on an antigen.[1] After opsonin binds to the membrane, phagocytes are attracted to the pathogen. The Fab portion of the antibody binds to the antigen, whereas the Fc portion of the antibody binds to an Fc receptor on the phagocyte, facilitating phagocytosis.[2] The receptor-opsonin complex can also create byproducts like C3b and C4b which are important components of the complement system. These components are deposited on the cell surface of the pathogen and aid in its destruction.[3]
The cell can also be destroyed by a process called antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, in which the pathogen does not need to be phagocytosed to be destroyed. During this process, the pathogen is opsonized and bound with the antibody IgG via its Fab domain. Then the antibody binds an immune effector cell via its Fc domain and this binding triggers a release of lysis products from the bound immune effector cell (monocytes, neutrophils, eosinophils and natural killer cells). This process can cause inflammation of surrounding tissues and damage to healthy cells.

When Writing Fiction, Remember ...

Behavior is related to historical events in a person life. As I learned in Psychology Class.

"The trick is to show just enough backstory that the reader can intuit where the character is coming from, rather than spelling it out."

Brooks, Larry (2011-01-31). Story Engineering (p. 89). Writers Digest Books. Kindle Edition.

Larry Brooks talks about this subject in his GREAT BOOK Story Engineering .

I have read  and I reread  this  book often.

Writing Fiction for me is like learning the side stroke. I was in an adult swim class and felt much intimidated. Only eleven and I was coming of age with little guidance.
That's when I became a dreamer.
On a summer morning I lay in bed in Coronado California and dreaded going to swim class.
Suddenly I knew beyond, the shadow of disbelief,  I could do the pesky, damn sidestroke.
How did I know? I spent the next sixty years trying to figure that out. Oh I had glimpses , over the years. In a pecan shell I would say

1) Study a task. 2) Empty your mind. 3) Let the brain God gave you work for you. 4) When you believe you can accomplish your goal. 5) That's confidence from knowing . The RECEIPT for a transaction in your brain. A message from...

Well, clear your mind and figure out the rest...

still not ---I AM Not a Grammar freek

I offend. Or irritate most people. They don't like the way I write. My wife is always telling me she worries about me. Or if I get a haircut she says I just raised my perceived IQ.

Twice a month I go to a group and I've been going there for almost six years. We write and critique each other. But if you come long enough we will tell you your writing is great. I know they are lying.

It's s a judicious lie... according to my great uncle Sam, on my wife's side. She said it doesn't count ....

If you are a wanna be writer...tell me a story ......let tell you what a great fiction writer you already are.      www.fictionworkout. com

Default I'm not a Grammarian

I 'm am in search of a story. I'm writing a precis that does not care to much about rules if punctuation,, spelling, and other way back dropping dribble that trickles down from the HIGH and self proclaimed. My editor tells me when I 4-git to cross a T . He tells me when I leave out a jot or tittle. I concentrate on what people in my wiring group never learned.

The unpublished teaching the unwashed, and un puncuated.

I'm not preaching to the choir. I'm just playing jazz. ON THE STREET

Dialogue?

There are all kinds, but conversation is not always dialogue.

Fiction ‘should’ be 20% dialogue. 25% 30% ???No no no...

Put down that slide rule...  It’s your book, your story, your scenes, your characters, your styles, your voices. You need the right dialogue ...  to keep up the pace, to keep your story intriguing, mesmerizing, entrancing.

"Have I made myself clear?"

"The question one might ask is... Have you connected with your  reader?
